A clear photo in good lighting will be required for the portrait.
​
A deposit is taken at the time of order of 30% which will reserve your
place, the balance to be paid when work on your portrait is about to begin.
Alternatively, payment plans are available but full payment is required
before I begin.

Portraits can take between 8 and 40 hours to draw depending on size
and detail, which is spread over a few days or a couple of weeks.

I accept PayPal, BACS, Cash, or Credit and Debit cards (through PayPal).

Delivery Times
​
A standard single subject drawing takes between two to three weeks to complete depending on the size detail of the drawing and can take longer if there is a waiting list, which is normal around Christmas. If ordering as a gift for a birthday or similar occasion, please let me know the date you will need your portrait by, and I will endeavour to complete it by then, if I am given enough notice.
Once the drawing is complete, if you wish, I will send you an image via email to make sure you’re happy with the final piece, and so any alterations can be made before posting. If you prefer I can post it to you without email approval so you have a lovely surprise when you receive your portrait.
Each piece of artwork is carefully wrapped and laid flat into a reinforced cardboard mail box or do not bend envelope so the drawing is safe from bending, creasing or other damage. This is then sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, Tracked and Insured.
Delivery

Original drawing orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to UK residents. This service guarantees next day delivery and requires a signature upon delivery.
Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email that will include tracking information.

International Delivery
​
Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service is used for International delivery.
Please be aware that due to customs changes, all orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import and VAT charges in their destination country.
